FC Malaga City Femenino are delighted to announce the signing of Addie Galek.
The American midfielder will link up with Adrian Dominguez Igual’s side - on a deal until the end of the 2021/22 season.
The 17-year-old has previously played for Carolina Rapids, and is currently finishing off the WPSL season with Charlotte Independence Soccer Club.
Addie played varsity soccer for Myers Park, her high school - where she was a state finalist, and was selected on the Region III ODP Pool for a consecutive number of years.
George Jermy, Academy Director, commented: “We’re really pleased to welcome Addie to the academy.
“She is an exciting young prospect - who comes with a great reputation after playing at a high level in the United States.
“We’re excited to see what she can bring to the group - as we continue to build and grow our female project.”
Addie commented: “I’m really excited to get going with FC Malaga City Femenino.
“I will be meeting up with the team after I finish my season in the WPSL with Charlotte Independence Soccer Club.
“I’m really eager to arrive in Spain, get to work and achieve success as a group.”
