FC Malaga City Academy are aware of the launch of a new private academy established by two employees of our organisation still under contract.
We would like to make it clear that FC Malaga City Academy has no affiliation, association or are in no way officially connected with this entity.
The two individuals, who are still under contract with us, launched the organisation without the submission of any formal resignation or communication with our directors.
Due to the two individuals still being under contract with us and receiving payment from the Spanish government furlough scheme, we have handed the matter to our legal team and we plan to take the necessary steps going forward.
If any player or parent has received communication from these two individuals regarding the launch of a new project, please be aware that it is strictly without our consent or knowledge.
