American midfielder Ian Spiro praised FC Malaga City U19s' performance - following their triumph in Nerja.
Sean Morris' side came out 4-0 winners over #FCMC U18s - thanks to goals from Nikita Chervonenko, Ilham Yuda, Nicholas Hamzavi and Evan Exposito.
"It was a good performance," he said.
"I thought everybody played well, and it is two consistent performances in a row now for us.
"We have another good test this Friday coming up, so we are looking to build upon today's performance into that game."
Spiro was quick to praise the defensive efforts of his side, as they recorded a second-straight clean sheet.
"It's great to score four goals, but it is equally important that we defended well and kept a clean sheet as a team," he continued.
"I don't think our keeper had many saves to make throughout the game, which is a real credit to our defence.
"We kept a great structure throughout the game, and it is really important that we continue to be solid at the back - which then gives us the platform to build in attack.
The American midfielder is approaching 18 months with FC Malaga City Academy - and revealed he is enjoying his time in Spain.
"My time at FC Malaga City Academy has been brilliant so far," he added.
"It has been a really great experience, and I feel I have developed and grown as a player in my time here.
"I've had a number of trials which has been a great experience - and I will keep working hard to try and get more opportunities."
